This weekend I shot the Friday You Me At Six gig at the O2 Academy in Glasgow, it was a fantastic show put on by the guys with support coming from Young Kato and Don Broco. All the acts were received well by the crowd and totally held their own on such a big stage. I’ve been following the You Me At Six guys career since 2007 and it has truly been a privilege to watch them get bigger and better with every tour. They’ve really stepped it up a notch with their live performance. Stay tuned for some shots from the show. Keep checking Indulge Sound as well for other awesome gig photos, reviews and music news.

This years gig going was kicked off for me by photographing The Blackout at King Tuts. I’ve been a fan for about 8 years now and in my opinion they are one of the best live bands out there. One of those bands that put everything they’ve got into every single performance. King Tuts was no exception to this and started my year off brilliantly. The photos are up on Indulge Sound now so you can check out shots of Rat Attack, Lost Alone and The Blackout. Hopefully going to once again try and use this blog more to post about shows as well as life. Money has come into things a lot for me with being able to travel to gigs to photograph, but I still want to get out there and keep doing the thing I love. Even if it means not shooting quite so much, I’ll hopefully continue photographing the acts whose performances I love capturing live the most.

SAY HELLO TO THE NEW ISSUE!
August plays host to our favourite of all the festivals, Reading & Leeds Festival. So we’ve dedicated this month’s issue to all the awesome bands set to play this year’s event. There’s chats with Biffy Clyro! SWIM DEEP! Drenge! White Lies! SPLASHH! Wavves! Bastille! Even Brand New who aren’t even playing any more!
If that’s not enough, how about some Vampire Weekend, No Age, Poliça, Edward Sharpe… we could go on - or you could find yourself a copy, online or in the real outside world. If you dare.

Check it ooouuut! If you live in Dunfermline (or surrounding areas…) you can even pick up an issue at your local comic shop Little Shop Of Heroes! This months features some photographs taken at T In The Park by yours truly.
